About OMI

OMI Emporium, serves premium and authentic Japanese food in our restaurant located on Lonsdale Street, in addition to our famous best beef don rice bowls. OMI has quickly expanded since opening its first location in November 2017 and has consistently offered a novel way to experience Japanese cuisine. OMI makes careful to only buy premium wagyu from a select group of Australian regional suppliers with high MBS ratings for our restaurants. Cattle are diligently and carefully bred to ensure that they carry the "soft" gene, which results in buttery, melt-in-your-mouth meat.

Here, we only use superior ingredients to make an approachable, upscale rice bowl that will always taste great. Salmon and scallops are two examples of the sashimi-grade proteins we use in this restaurant's meals. At OMI, we combine components of traditional Japanese rice bowls with quality fresh Wagyu beef, which perfectly complements Rice Dons and Udon Noodles, both of which are traditional Japanese dishes.

OMI Emporium offers traditional Japanese food that is unique to the other Japanese restaurants in the area and beyond, thanks to a number of its signature sauces. This contains a delectable and distinctive black truffle sauce as well as a delicious and original Singaporean chilli crab sauce made with three different spices. These dishes adhere to our concept of fusion Japanese cuisine. OMI has become a pioneer in Japanese fusion cooking as a result of our dedication to serving delectable food at reasonable prices.
